Open source, open methodology
We believe sharing our process is the best way to prove it works. We publish our internal tools as open source projects, documenting not just the code but the methodology behind it. That's how we make our way of working verifiable by anyone.
While earning our degrees and master's, our founding partners were active members of CCSL, the Free/Libre and Open Source Software Competence Center at the University of São Paulo.

An autonomous code development agent that turns GitLab issues into merge requests: it plans the implementation, writes the code, runs CI, responds to review feedback, and monitors production. It encodes how an experienced team ships software (review gates, strict TDD, learning from past reviews) into a pipeline that Claude Code executes, scaling the judgment of a senior engineer across the whole backlog.
